ISO 9001:2015 Certification
In dedication to our quality management, J. Cain & Co. renewed its ISO 9001:2008 certification and was awarded with the ISO 9001:2015 certification. Our quality program is a fundamental principal to guarantee the best possible service provided to our clients and maintain efficiency in our operations. We have been certified since 1999 and throughout the years we have mantained our dedication to quality in all of our processes.
The International Organization for Standardization is the international organization that monitors the compliance of the certification ISO 9001. The certification is awarded – after an audit process – to those companies that prove to have the necessary elements of a quality management system that meets international quality attributes and requirements, satisfying one hundred percent of the needs and expectations of its customers.
Below are some of the main changes between the ISO 9001:2008 and the ISO 9001:2015 version:
- Risks and Opportunities: The new version includes a risk evaluation, requiring defined and specific actions to improve and mitigate risks.
- Knowledge Management: Emphasis on proper management, preservation and application of knowledge of the company and of each of its members – based on previous experiences – to be prepared for future requirements resulting from new demands from prospective and current customers.
- Communication: Communication of the quality management system is required to be more effective through defined means or channels.
- Stakeholders: The concept of stakeholders is broadened.
We are very proud as a company to be part of a certification so well respected worldwide. Satisfying our customers is the fundamental reason that drives our company daily to be the leader in the industry.
